2. **Section 25**: Confessions made to the police are not accepted as evidence in court if they're trying to prove someone's guilt.
3. **Section 26**: Confessions made to the police are only valid if they're made in front of a Magistrate, not just to a police officer.

Rights under the Constitution and CRPC:
1. **Right to Consult a Lawyer**: People who are arrested have the right to talk to a lawyer.

Rights of Accused During Trial:

3. **Right to life**: Everyone has the right to live.
4. **Right against use of 3rd degree methods during interrogation**: People can't be tortured during questioning.
5. **Right against handcuffing except under exceptional cases**: Handcuffs shouldn't be used unless it's really necessary.
